Helloooo,

Well....it's been a while...haha.

The main reason I haven't put anything up is because I haven't been able to make or draw anything because of the summer holidays. Which were fun. First we went to the UK then came here to Taiwan, where I am now currently living.

I graduated from high school this year, so now I'm taking a year off to come here to Taiwan and study chinese. So yeah, livin' in my apartment in Taipei. Obviously, the recent drawings I've put up have all been in my chinese notebook....during class, haha.

I unfortunately don't have a scanner so I can only take pictures of my drawings, but I've got a good camera so it's okay. Expect more drawings coming up, now that I have nothing but time.....o.o'''

Hello all,

Man it's been a while. I've been lazy...

Well a lot has actually gone on, unbelievably. First off, I've been working a lot on all my sock creations. And as you can see I've been working on this new idea, sock doll keychains. Those baby socks are so cute and perfect for those things.

So last weekend there was this arts and crafts fair in this church, so my mom decided to get us some tables there so I could sell my sock dolls and she could sell the earings and necklaces she makes. Obviously, jewelry is pretty popular so she had a lot more competition. However, I did pretty well, I was surprised and happy by how much people liked them. I was able to sell some dolls and keychains. Most people seemed to agree that they would make good kids gifts, or babies gifts, which is why most people bought them. There were some adults who seemed to buy them for themselves....lol.
If I can remember correctly, most of the ones I sold were the smaller sized ones, like the bear with the heart, the pink cat, the black bunny with the red ribbon, the overalls one too. Some keychains. It was good, I think I made just over 50 dollars, although I probably would have sold more if there were more people.
I was super sick that day, I was getting over a bad fever I had the day before so when I left early apparently there was this cute little girl who was in love with the pink deer, she kept touching it and staying at our table. Her mom wouldn't buy it but my mom gave her a moshi moro look-alike keychain for free instead.
I think this weekend, there's another fair, this time in our town, so my mom got me another table there. We're selling the keychains for 5 $, although we might bring it down to 4 $ this time. The large dolls are 15 $, the medium are 8$ and the small ones at 5 $.

Anywho, I need to sell them or at least get rid of them soon because I'm graduating soon and leaving for Taiwan for a gap year, woooooooooooooooo!!!! I'm going to spend a year just learning chinese, so it's going to be awesome. I'm so excited.

It's true, I'm alive, who knew?!

I've just been drowning in stress and insanity from school. Only now did I check on my deviant art page and look through all my messages and over 500 deviations.

I haven't been posting any drawings because...well, I just don't draw anymore. It's not that I've given up, I think I'm just not interested anymore. I mean I guess it was just a phase, I haven't felt inspired, I don't even doodle in class anymore, now it's just scribbling and drawing triangles. (my favorite shape)

But...I have found a new hobby!!!

I was in Barnes & Nobles, when my mom showed my this book called "Stray Sock Sewing, Making One-of-a-Kind Creatures made from Socks" by Daniel. They were so darn cute. I was so fascinated and excited that I bought the book.
I've never been a crafts person, but I decided to give it a go hoping that I wouldn't give up after 5 minutes.
It was so fun! Everyday I kept making more, and I got better and better.
I absolutely love making sock dolls, it's fun and it helps me relax in these times of stress.
So that's all I'm going to be posting from now on, my little sock dolls. Some are the designs of Daniel while some are my own.

So I hope you guys like them.

Hi there my lovable buddies,

Well it's been almost a week of summer holiday so far, right now I'm in Taiwan. Since once again, I'm going to another summer camp, should be fun.

Gonna get some highlights done. Yeeeeeaaaahhh.

Drawing status......-none-.....

Stress level......-pretty high-.......
